Delivery
Standard Delivery is $10.00 for orders under $100.
FREE delivery applies to all orders $100 and over (except for products that require Special Delivery which will be listed in the product description for that item).
Big and Bulky products may incur a higher delivery fee which will be listed in the product description for that item.
Crave Design Studio uses Australia Post, our Suppliers and/or other Delivery Agents to deliver your goods. By purchasing online at Crave Design Studio you agree that your details, including your delivery address and phone number, will be supplied to the Delivery Agent for the purpose of delivering your goods.
Delivery of goods will take place at the Delivery Address specified by you in the order. Please ensure you complete all address and contact fields correctly to avoid any delivery delays. Crave Design Studio does not take responsibility for any incorrectly delivered items, lost items and/or delays incurred due to incorrectly supplied address and contact details.
Delivery times
Crave Design Studio endeavours to pack and ship your order to you as quickly as possible. Please find below approximate standard delivery time frames:
Australia wide (including capital cities and suburbs, and most regional areas): 2-7 Business Days;
Regional Western Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory: 7-10 Business Days;
Big & Bulky Goods - 7-14 Business Days;
Items which are out of stock or special order items – please see product description for estimated delivery date.
In rare circumstances items may be listed as in stock but may not be available. In these cases Crave Design Studio will notify you via email of the expected delivery date.
Returns
Crave Design Studio does not offer returns for change of mind.
